I've written one very simple xfce panel plugin snippet:

compiled it with:

copy libtest.so to /usr/lib/xfce4/panel-plugins, and create desktop file test.desktop in /usr/share/xfce4/panel-plugins with the contents:

Fruity Wrapper Error

Hey guys, would really like some help here.

I'm using FL Studio 12 32-bit (and I also left FL 11 installed for compatibility). Just two nights ago (and every day since what, 2011?), the plugin (VST) TruePianos was working, and then yesterday, I got the error:

Fruity Wrapper Vst Download

'The Fruity Wrapper has caused a critical error while loading its state.

It is strongly advised to close the application and restart it, without trying to save your project. You will find a backup history of your projects in the Backup folder in the browser.

Please contact your plugin's manufacturer about this problem.'

This error occurs in FL Studio 12 (32-bit), on the original project in which the error arose, and even in new/blank project files. It is not a random occurrence, since I can recreate it every single time I load TruePianos in FL 12, and the plugin becomes unusable. However, TruePianos loads in FL 11 just fine, and the standalone version can be opened and played with no issues.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling TruePianos, as well as FL Studio 12, and the error still persists. Have not tried FL 12 (64-bit), since I use pretty much exclusively 32-bit plugins, and so they'll mostly be auto-bridged.

Any ideas how I could fix this? I use TruePianos a lot, so I would rather not have to switch to a different plugin just to be able to run recent projects that previously worked (not to mention, some of those projects are pretty full on memory, and my alternative piano takes up more RAM).
